1. Deposit ................................................................................................................

On collection, a deposit of 1,500 € needs to be paid in cash. The deposit will be confirmed together with the condition of the vehicle. If the vehicle is returned undamaged, the deposit will be returned.



2. Collection and return 24 hours a day! ................................................................

The hire price is calculated based on the daily price and the availability days used. The availability days are also the collection and return days.



3. Terms and conditions of payment.......................................................................

When concluding the hire contract, 500 € needs to be paid as a down payment.
The remaining sum needs to be paid to the hire company's account 2 weeks before the start of the hire period.



Reservation and cancellations ................................................................................

A camper reservation is only binding after it has been confirmed in writing. 10 days after the written confirmation has been given, a down payment of 500 € needs to be paid. If this deadline is not met, Greece-Miet-Mobile GbR will no longer be bound to the reservation. If the contract is cancelled by the hiring party before the start of the agreed hire period, the following percentages of the probable hire price as stated on the reservation need to be paid; cancellation up to 60 days before the 1 st hire day 10% , up to 15 days before the 1 st hire day 50 %, less than 100 (wahrscheinlich 10, oder??) days before the 1 st hire day 100 %. A cancellation will be assumed if the camper is not collected. The contractually agreed hire price also needs to be paid even if the vehicle is returned early. The hiring party can cover cancellation costs by taking out a travel cancellation expenses insurance policy.


5. Minimum age........................................................................................................

The minimum age of the person hiring the vehicle and the driver is 21 years of age; the driver must have had his/her driving licence Class III for at least a year.



6. Liability of the person hiring the vehicle............................................................

In the case of accidents for which the hiring party is responsible, the hiring party will only be liable within the scope of the fully comprehensive insurance policy for max. 1,500 € per accident. The excess sum for comprehensive insurance without collisions (fire, game, theft and broken glass) is maximum 500 €.

The hiring party will be liable in full for any damage to the hired object not caused by an accident.



7.Hire prices ............................................................................................................

The hire price includes:

- the statutory VAT
- servicing and repairs of wear parts
- third-party insurance with unlimited coverage
- fully comprehensive insurance (1,500 € excess)
- comprehensive coverage excluding collision (500 € excess)
- and all driven kilometres without restriction



8. Trips abroad/island hopping ..............................................................................

Journeys to neighbouring countries and island hopping is only possible if agreed beforehand with the hire company. This needs to be stated on booking and requires prior written approval.
